Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pasally collects, why, and what happens to it. Pasally is an AI office assistant operated by Korel (“we”, “us”).
The short version
Pasally is local-first. Your files, your workspace index, your notes and your chat history live on your own computer — not on our servers. We only receive the minimum needed to run the AI features you use and to bill you if you subscribe.
What stays on your device
- Your workspace files and the search index built from them.
- Your chat history, reminders, tasks, contacts, and saved skills.
- Your email and calendar data, when you connect an account — it is read on your machine and never stored on ours.
- Any API keys you choose to enter (stored in your operating system’s local application data).
What we receive, and why

What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your files, emails, or chats to train AI models.
- We do not read your workspace, mailbox, or calendar on our servers — those stay on your device.
Third parties who process data on our behalf
- Anthropic — the AI model. Governed by Anthropic’s commercial terms; inputs are not used for training.
- Tavily — web search.
- Paddle — payments and invoicing (Merchant of Record).
- Supabase — database for accounts, subscriptions, and usage counts.
- PostHog — anonymous product analytics (only if you opt in).
Your rights
You can delete your local data at any time by removing Pasally’s application-data folder or uninstalling. To access, correct, or delete the account/usage data we hold, or to ask any question about your data, email support@usekorel.com and we will respond.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
