Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers subscriptions and credit purchases for Pasally, operated by Korel. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. To cancel, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email support@usekorel.com and we will help.
Refunds on subscriptions
If Pasally isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. After 14 days, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable, but we review reasonable requests case by case — if the service failed to work as described, tell us and we’ll make it right.
Credit top-ups
Purchased message credits never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance. Because they can be consumed immediately, unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent cannot.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How to request one
Email support@usekorel.com from the address on your account, with your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to reply within two business days.
